Through in-person and online portals, our trainers are certified through the California Specialized Training Institute (CSTI) and FEMA. We currently provide the Safe School Plan Compliance Training for Los Angeles County Office of Education. 

The Campus Safety Division/Group (CSG), has worked with schools and organizations of all sizes in the greater Los Angeles area on various school safety topics including lock-down/active shooter, campus-wide evacuation and student reunification, crisis communications, college campus personal safety, California Comprehensive School Safety Plan compliance, and disaster preparation and response.

We bring hands-on experience in managing regional alert and warning systems to keep communities informed and safe. With direct oversight of a multi-agency alert and warning program in Southern California (Alert SouthBay), we coordinate emergency notifications for 10+ public safety agencies, ensuring timely, accurate, and effective messaging. Our expertise includes system implementation, training, and real-time crisis communication, helping agencies navigate complex alerting protocols and reach the right audience when it matters most.

We specialize in community engagement through multi-jurisdictional coalitions to develop pubic outreach and marketing materials that are consistent and standardized throughout the region. We provide support to include design, content and language, branding, marketing and outreach. 

We offer a range of seminars, symposiums, conference breakouts, and small group solutions focusing on new and emerging programs, lessons learned, and interactive group strategizing think tanks. We have been invited to speak nationally as well as internationally as Keynote Speakers, focusing on the successes and failures of communications in times of crisis.
